Die Serena Sports Federation ist ein Zusammenschluß von momentan fünf Proficlubs der populärsten Vereinswettbewerben der Vereinigten Staaten.
Die SSF wurde im Januar 2013 gegründet und wird seitdem von Bruce Garner geleitet; er fungiert in den fünf angeschlossenen Vereinen als Manager.
