Information, Policy & Public Affairs Division
Die Abteilung für Information, Politik und öffentliche Angelegenheiten ist bestrebt, die Mission des Gefängnisbüros durch die Sammlung, Entwicklung und Verbreitung von nützlichen, genauen und rechtzeitigen Informationen für das BOP-Personal, das Justizministerium, den Kongress, Regierungsbehörden und die Öffentlichkeit und andere zu fördern. Die Abteilung arbeitet eng mit dem Direktor zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die formelle Kommunikation die Philosophie und Positionen des Präsidiums genau widerspiegelt und die Botschaft des Präsidiums am wirksamsten vermittelt.
